Users can enhance its functionality with the Poly E Expansion Module, which provides 66 extra line keys, although daisy-chaining is not supported on the Poly Edge E400/E450. Equipped with a vibrant 3.5-inch color display (320 x 240), the device delivers a visually engaging experience. Key features such as Poly HD Voice, Poly Acoustic Clarity, and Poly NoiseBlock AI technologies contribute to improved audio quality.
